KR-Field Service Engineer II

JOB SUMMARY
The primary role of the MSPC Field Service Engineer is to support sales and service of the PDS, Vaporizer and LFC business in Korea. The MSPC Field Service Engineer with strong interpersonal customers relationship will be the primary contact between the customer and US based engineering/product management during product evaluations and installations. The position will work closely with the Korean sales team during the sales process, conduct technical evaluations of customer processes and assist with formulating product interfacing requirements prior to conducting evaluations. The position will also assist with conducting routine service on vaporizers on an as needed basis.

1. Conduct PDS, Vaporizer field service and support installations.
2. Supply application support during customer evaluations
3. Interface with customers and provide guidance on application set up
4. Analyze customer data and provide guidance to help customers' understanding of results.
5. Conduct field testing for new products
6. Generate service and technical reports on product performance
7. Communicate with MSP personnel on modifications needed on products based on customer application needs
8. Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
9. Perform factory service on MSP vaporizers
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or related field
Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Semiconductor equipment and manufacturing process environment.
