Enterprise Systems Architect at TSI
We are seeking an Enterprise Systems Architect with proven expertise in ServiceNow deployment and management and SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA migration and integration. The ideal candidate will serve as a key technical leader, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise systems that enable operational efficiency and strategic business transformation.


This role requires not only deep technical ability but also strong process analysis, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional communication skills, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business goals across finance, HR, sales, and marketing functions.

 

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with TSI, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow lifecycle management, including deployment, configuration, customization, workflow automation, and upgrades
  • Drive SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA migration projects, including system design, data transformation, and integration strategy execution
  • Facilitate process workshops with stakeholders to analyze current workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and document future-state designs
  • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions, integrating ServiceNow, SAP, and other enterprise platforms
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline application delivery, testing automation, and release management
  • Ensure systems are aligned with IT governance, compliance, and security frameworks
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (finance, HR, sales, marketing, operations) to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practice guidance for junior team members and project teams
  • Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted technology advisor to business and IT leadership on enterprise systems architecture and roadmap planning

 

What Do You Need?
Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and developing on ServiceNow (ServiceNow Certified)
  • SAP Certified with strong experience in ECC6 and S/4HANA migration, integration, and support
  • Demonstrated experience in process workshopping, system design, development, testing, and CI/CD implementation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business, finance, HR, sales, and marketing teams
  • Proven experience integrating systems using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), or ETL tools
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and enterprise service management frameworks

Desired

  • Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Background in enterprise automation, orchestration, and DevOps pipelines
  • Exposure to data governance, security, and compliance best practices
  • Strong ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders

Pay & Benefits:

Competitive market salary from $120,000 - $130,000 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
