Global Product Manager – Downstream at TSI
The Global Product Manager is responsible for creating marketing strategies and programs to drive demand. This position drives product positioning and messaging for assigned products. Through extensive cross-functional collaboration, this individual will define, propose, and execute program initiatives to increase sales, customer satisfaction, market share, and profitability in TSI’s targeted market segments.

 

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with TSI, you will be responsible for:

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the downstream activities of the product lifecycle, including go-to-market strategies, customer adoption, and end-of-life planning
  • Gather and analyze market feedback to inform product improvements or new product development initiatives
  • Drive Product line extension and refresh projects
  • Team member/leader for NPD projects

Market Analysis and Strategy

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for ventilation products
  • Collaborate with the upstream team to ensure products align with market demands and regulatory requirements

Sales and Marketing Enablement

  • Develop and deliver training materials, sales tools, and customer-facing content to support global sales teams
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns, white papers, and case studies showcasing product value and applications

Customer Engagement

  • Partner with key customers to gather insights, refine product positioning, and address specific needs
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization to drive improvements in product and service quality

Global Coordination

  • Work closely with regional sales teams to tailor product strategies to different markets
  • Support international distributors and partners with product knowledge and marketing assets

Performance Monitoring

  • Track product performance using key metrics like revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction
  • Use data analytics to identify opportunities for growth or areas needing intervention

Regulatory and Industry Alignment

  • Ensure ventilation products comply with industry standards and regulations across global markets
  • Stay updated on advancements in ventilation technology and its applications

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with R&D, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to address product-related issues and improvements
  • Provide input for product roadmaps and align downstream efforts with upstream plans

 

What Do You Need?
Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience, with at least 2 years spent in a field facing role
  • Strong understanding of ventilation products and applications
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills to handle global coordination
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting market data and making strategic decisions
  • Customer-focused approach with an ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience in product management and launching global products

Desired

  • MBA
  • Experience in Business to Business (B2B) marketing preferred
  • Experience in industrial and scientific markets highly valued
