Product Specialist III at TSI
The Product Specialist supports customers, sales, and channel readiness, acting as a technical resource in the area of product knowledge and application, conducting product training/demos and engaging on the appropriate standards committees. This individual supports Global Product Managers, by engaging and participating in continuation engineering and new product development projects. The Product Specialist also implements marketing programs, in cooperation with the marketing communications group.
What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with TSI, you will:
- Independently develop and provide technical content to be used in communication with customers and channel partners
- Create and develop content for marketing materials, including literature, advertisements, sales tools, application notes, technical bulletins, websites, and other programs, as appropriate
- Travel to representatives, distributors, and customers to support sales efforts, conduct training, and provided demos, as needed
- Serve as a Core Team Member for new product development and product launches
- Keep current with standards, codes, regulations, and best practices in the field
- Develop training programs and conduct training
- Represent TSI solutions through participation and making presentations at technical conferences, trade shows, publications, seminars, and symposiums
- Engage in Voice of Customer activities to help drive NPD and continuation projects
- Conduct competitive analysis to better understand the current market landscape
What Do You Need?
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or industry-related field
- 5+ years of experience in related industry for assigned products, ideally with direct Testing & Balancing experience and interacting with HVAC customers (contractors, TAB firms, facility managers, consultants, engineers)
- Deep technical knowledge in area of product application for assigned products
- Familiarity with HVAC testing standards (NEBB, AABC, TABB, etc.)
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Understanding of industry standards, codes, and best practices in the field
- Understanding of Sales and Marketing distribution channels, with experience supporting sales efforts, identifying customer needs, and promoting channel readiness
- Experience communicating and presenting technical information to a wide range of audiences
Desired
- Familiarity with critical environment applications (cleanrooms, biosafety cabinets, fume hoods, hospital isolation rooms, ORs)
- Understanding of IAQ/ventilation-related codes (ASHRAE 62.1/62.2, ASHRAE 170 for healthcare)
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO 14644, USP 797/800 for cleanrooms and pharma
- Familiarity with wireless connectivity, software integration, and data management platforms
Travel

Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $120,000 - $140,000 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
