Production Designer at TSI
The Production Designer is responsible for formatting, designing, and editing a wide range of materials, including instruction manuals, forms, and marketing collateral for both digital and print platforms. Working under general supervision, this role ensures that all materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate marketing objectives. The Production Designer must manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks appropriately, and consistently meet deadlines, while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with TSI, you will:

  • Format and prepare technical instruction manuals and quick start guides, including template setup, initial layout, proofreading, and general editing.
  • Process and manage business card requests for TSI employees across domestic and international locations.
  • Prepare and update brand-consistent marketing materials—including brochures, advertisements, trade show graphics, and presentation assets—across various media platforms. Collaborate effectively with the Design Team, Marcom Team, and other marketing staff. Provide production support for concepts/designs developed by senior designers.
  • Integrate translations into existing layouts for global marketing and instructional materials.
  • Develop a working knowledge of the corporate business structure and corresponding corporate objectives.
  • Coordinate with in-house Copy Center to set up templates for various literature and other printed materials. 
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure high-quality production and adherence to project timelines.
  • Help maintain the organization of creative assets and resources, including logos, imagery, and templates.
  • Prepare files for both print and digital output, ensuring proper color management, resolution, and formatting standards.
  • Perform other tasks and special projects, as requested

 

What Do You Need?
Required

  • Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline with 2+ years of relevant work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline with 0+ years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, with proficiency in Word

Desired

  • 2+ years of Graphic Design/Production work experience
  • Previous experience with SharePoint and Monday.com

Pay & Benefits:

Competitive market salary from $55,000 - $62,000 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
